I clicked "Add Movies" in NoteBurner and all the films in my library instantly appeared in its queue. The iTunes app never appeared during the process. I opened NoteBurner which opened iTunes in the background. NoteBurner topped them all with simplicity in a clean interface - and all by itself.
I found a lot of comparatively amateurish programs online, many with complex instruction sets and some with routines that forced me to babysit transfers and shut them off manually. They respond quickly and helpfully on everything from pre-sales questions to support, and take user suggestions seriously. I use their AnyVideoConverter for other conversions.
